No. Your core text inventory works on this device without sign-in or a network connection. An account is only for optional online features such as free personal cloud sync when that capability is offered in your region.

Search uses the item name and other recorded details. Confirm that the item is still active or on loan, try a shorter name, or browse the place where you recorded it. Used-up and discarded items are kept out of normal search.

Yes. A name is enough. Items without a place remain visible in To Sort so you can organize them later.

A local backup is an export you create and keep in a destination you choose. Personal cloud sync is optional: when account sync is available in your region, signing in is enough—StowFind Pro is not required. Sync keeps supported inventory records available across your devices, subject to a device limit (Free 1 device; Pro up to 6). Photo files stay on this device and are not uploaded by personal cloud sync.

Open Settings → Account & Sync, choose Delete Account, review what will be removed, and confirm. On-device inventory is managed separately so the app does not silently delete local records when removing a cloud account.

Not yet—this release sells no subscriptions and shows no purchase entry in the app, so there is nothing to buy, restore, or manage. Free already includes your complete on-device text inventory (no item limit) and personal cloud sync when available. When a paid plan arrives, it will only offer benefits that have actually shipped. StowFind does not put saving, finding, or personal sync behind a paywall, and does not sell undelivered household sharing or cloud photo storage as current benefits.
